Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Onboarding & Management:
• Identify and onboard vendors based on lead allocation (10 leads per vendor).
• Ensure the correct number of vendors are onboard based on daily/weekly lead volume (e.g., 100 leads = 10 vendors).
• Train vendors on pickup protocols, customer interaction, and device handling.
• Operational Execution:
• Ensure timely and efficient pickup of devices from customer locations.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction during the pickup process.
• Performance Metrics:
• Achieve a minimum Gross-to-Net conversion rate of 30%.
• Maintain an Average Selling Price (ASP) of 7,000 per device.
• Track and report daily operational metrics and vendor productivity.
• Compliance & Quality Control:
• Ensure vendors adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and feedback sessions with vendors

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mobile phone industry
• Knowledge of geography/ region scale to generate new vendors
• Team handling skills and experience
• Problem solver
• To possess good decision-making skills and ability to take wise decisions for the growth of
business
• Good time management skills
• Should be able to stretch and drive numbers for business
• Should be visionary and have ability to be vocal and confident
• Strong analytical skills- Data annotation ability
• Extensive traveling is required
Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate/ MBA Sales and marketing
• Industry preferred- Smartphone, Telecom, Retail sales
