ABOUT THE ROLE

As City Head, you will own the end-to-end P&L, strategy, and execution for Spinnys retail operations in your city. Youll lead large, cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and customer experience to deliver business growth, profitability, and customer delight. This role combines analytical rigour, strong execution, and team leadership - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Youll report directly to the Regional Business Head.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the city P&L, driving growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead and scale offline retail operations across city hubs and experience centres.
  • Build and execute the city business roadmap, aligning with national priorities and local market realities.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales and customer experience teams.
  • Implement city-level pilots and GTM initiatives for new customer activation and category expansion.
  • Ensure process discipline, policy adherence, and quality assurance across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–8 years of experience across sales, operations, or strategy, ideally in FMCG, consumer tech, or other high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams — creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and scaling business metrics.
  • A hustler’s mindset - someone who thrives in ambiguity, is deeply goal-oriented, and approaches challenges with bias for action.
  • High people motivation quotient - able to build trust, mentor teams, and rally people around ambitious city goals.
  • B.Tech or MBA from a leading institution preferred.
