We are startup in Healthcare. As we are going to expand in 2026 so we are looking for a candidate who is willing to craft a statue and eager to build the process. If you are passionate and willing to develop new business avenues then this assignment is for you.

The City Head will be responsible for the end-to-end success of HealingClap Labs in the assigned territory. This includes driving revenue growth, optimizing unit economics, and building a high-performing team to establish the brand as a leader in the Northern diagnostic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Expansion: Define the roadmap for launching new collection centers and phlebotomy points across Tier 2/3 towns in Punjab and Himachal.
• P&L Management: Own the regional budget. Optimize operational costs (logistics, procurement, staffing) while maximizing top-line revenue.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Ensure a culture of high performance and patient-first empathy.
• B2B & Institutional Tie-ups: Directly lead high-value negotiations with large hospitals, corporate houses, and government health bodies.
• Operations & Quality Control: Work closely with the Lab Director to ensure NABL/ISO compliance and maintain the "Gold Standard" in report accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).
• Logistics Optimization: Solve the unique logistics challenges of sample transport from remote Himachal locations to the Mohali processing hub.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–8 years in the Healthcare/Diagnostics or FMCG/Telecom/Banking Sales/Insurance sales , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Education: Graduation 
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decision making), exceptional networking skills, and deep knowledge of the Northern Indian market dynamics.
• Language: Native-level proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi is mandatory to lead the local team effectively.

• 6 Lakh to 8 Lakh
