Job Description

Role Title: Circle Business Head (Lap) - Karnataka

Grade: Vice President / Senior Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

Business & P&L Ownership:
Deliver AOP, P&L, ROA, and ROE; drive growth in secured lending; maximize revenue via cross-sell and renewals.
Network Expansion:
Scale 25+ branches; identify locations, manage leases, and ensure strong direct sourcing through local events.
Team Leadership:
Lead 75100 FTEs; build and mentor a high-performance team with strong ownership and customer focus.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure full regulatory compliance; manage cost, quality, risk, and operational excellence.
Market Intelligence:
Build local partnerships; use insights to shape strategy, manage risks, and spot new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:
14–18 years in banking/NBFCs with P&L and multi-location leadership
Domain:
Secured lending sales + collections in MSME/B2C/B2B
Attributes:
Entrepreneurial, high integrity, execution-focused, strong communicator
Mobility:
Willing to travel extensively within the circle
