We’re Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Fintech

📍 Location: Bhubaneswar

🕒 Experience: 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly fintech products.
• Oversee system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in 

  Fintech / BFSI / Payments / Digital Banking

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, or similar stacks

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

   and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to 

  payment gateways, UPI, wallets, lending platforms, or digital transactions

  .
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver large-scale projects.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
