Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s product roadmap, defining the architecture, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the client’s

  technology vision and roadmap

  in alignment with business goals.
• Lead

  end-to-end product engineering

  efforts — from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Oversee

  DevOps processes

  , ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across systems.
• Architect robust

  system designs

  capable of supporting future growth and innovation.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technology leaders.
• Ensure

  security, compliance, and data protection

  standards are maintained across all platforms.
• Optimize development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Drive technical excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years

  of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience in

  product engineering and full-stack development

  .
• Deep understanding of

  DevOps practices

  , cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in

  system design

  , micro services architecture, and API-driven development.
• Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and product scalability.
• Proficient in modern tech stacks (Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python, React, React Native etc.) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an IT services company in a client-facing role. 
• Exposure to

  AI/ML, Cloud-native architectures
