Key Responsibilities:

• Lead industrial digital product development with substantial hands-on experience in building customer-facing products.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performance engineering teams; define skill requirements, recruit, train, and monitor performance.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to commercialization including prototyping, scaling, and deployment.
• Strategically define technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage outsourcing, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Who Can Apply:

• Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineer with 10+ years of overall experience; at least 5 years in team leadership.
• Proven experience in startup environments leading architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable products.
• Strong research orientation, curiosity, high energy, and tolerance for ambiguity.
• Exposure to railway systems and IoT preferred.
• Track record of delivering fully commercialized products from concept to launch.
• Available to join within 2–3 months.

• Ultrasonics for non-destructive testing
• Laser profiling & machine vision
• Autonomous vehicles & robotic operations
• Embedded controllers & IIoT (Edge devices, Web Apps, communication protocols)
• Big Data analytics
• Mechanical design for mobile 4-wheeler bodies, including radio-guided and autonomous systems

Remuneration
