Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the organization’s overall technology vision and strategy.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of digital learning platforms, internal systems, and IT infrastructure.
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor the technology team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align technology with educational goals.
Manage relationships with vendors and external technology partners.
Oversee IT budgeting and cost-effective technology investments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in technology leadership, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), digital tools, and education technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to plan strategically and implement technology-driven solutions.
