Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the company’s technology vision, roadmap, and innovation strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the end-to-end ERP product lifecycle – from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Drive technology transformation initiatives using cloud, AI/ML, BI, and data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align product, technology, and go-to-market strategies.

Product & Engineering Oversight

Oversee software development, QA, UI/UX, BI, and AI/ML teams.
Establish best practices in software architecture, coding standards, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.
Ensure timely and high-quality product releases through Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency, performance, and security.

Architecture & Innovation

Design and optimize product architecture for modularity, scalability, and cloud readiness.
Lead initiatives in predictive analytics, process automation, and data visualization for ERP and enterprise systems.
Implement secure coding practices, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
Champion innovation labs and R&D for next-gen features and emerging technologies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional engineering team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and business units to translate vision into technical execution.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

Proven hands-on expertise in ASP.Net, MVC, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) and microservices architecture.
Experience in ERP product development, including modules like finance, HR, CRM, SCM, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of AI/ML, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and data analytics frameworks.
Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, Agile methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.
Strong background in application performance optimization, system design, and scalability planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a senior technology leadership role (CTO / VP Engineering / Head of Technology).
Experience leading large-scale enterprise or SaaS-based product development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹41,115.26 - ₹125,196.52 per month
