Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organization’s technology strategy and innovation roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen to ensure our technology infrastructure, products, and systems remain robust, scalable, and aligned with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Leadership & Strategy

• Define and implement the company’s technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement across all technology functions.

2. Product Development & Innovation

• Oversee product design, development, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive automation, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives.

3. Infrastructure & Security

• Oversee IT systems architecture, network infrastructure, and data management.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all digital assets and information systems.
• Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks and compliance practices.

4. Team & Leadership

• Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing technology team with a focus on innovation and accountability.
• Foster collaboration between technology, operations, and business functions.
• Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and continuous learning.

5. Governance & Partnerships

• Manage technology budgets, vendor relations, and technology partnerships.
• Provide technical leadership in key business discussions and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in progressive technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and managing complex systems.
• Expertise in software architecture, product development, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging tech trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
