Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our company, your role will involve monitoring IT project progress, budgets, and reporting. You will coordinate with other departments to align IT services with our business goals. It is your responsibility to develop the technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with our business goals. You will be expected to identify and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage in our business. Additionally, you will facilitate various functions and departments to use technology and automation profitably. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the system infrastructure. - Build quality assurance and data protection processes. - Complete QA processes within 72 hours of development completion or in parallel for urgent releases. - Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. - Authorize changes in IT infrastructures, applications, policies, and procedures. - Manage IT assets and protect assets. - Oversee incident management, change management, configuration management, and service management. - Conduct information security risk assessments and implement mitigation controls. - Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS infrastructure, etc. - Use stakeholders" feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in IT project management and budgeting. - Strong understanding of aligning IT services with business goals. - Proven track record of implementing new technologies for a competitive advantage. - Proficiency in quality assurance and data protection processes. - Knowledge of IT asset management, incident management, and information security risk assessments.
