What You'll Do

• Lead and own the

  technical architecture

  of our LLM stack, agent orchestration, and Memory OS platform
• Guide

  model training

  , fine-tuning, and performance optimization (RAG, SLMs, tool use, memory)
• Scale infrastructure for

  cost-efficient

  , production-grade AI systems (distributed training, inference, ops)
• Hire, mentor, and grow a

  high-performance engineering and research team

• Co-author research papers

  , open-source frameworks, and drive our technical presence globally
• Work closely with the CEO and founding team to align product and research roadmaps
• Represent 169Pi at global AI forums and build

  technical reputation & partnerships

You Might be a fit if you :

• Have

  built and deployed LLMs or large-scale AI systems

  (open-source contributions, published papers a plus)
• Understand

  RAG, agentic workflows, memory architectures, and reasoning-centric models

• Are comfortable with training pipelines, multi-GPU orchestration, and fine-tuning large models

• Have previously held a technical leadership or CTO

  role at an AI/infra/ML-first company
• Are a builder at heart someone who thrives in chaos and creates clarity
• Want to
