We're looking for a brilliant, hands-on CTO to lead our technical vision, help architect world-class AI systems, and build a strong engineering + research culture. What You'll Do Lead and own the technical architecture of our LLM stack, agent orchestration, and Memory OS platform Guide model training , fine-tuning, and performance optimization (RAG, SLMs, tool use, memory) Scale infrastructure for cost-efficient , production-grade AI systems (distributed training, inference, ops) Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performance engineering and research team Co-author research papers , open-source frameworks, and drive our technical presence globally Work closely with the CEO and founding team to align product and research roadmaps Represent 169Pi at global AI forums and build technical reputation & partnerships Compensation: Equity-heavy + Competitive salary post-funding Location: Hybrid - Mumbai, Soon USA.
