As we transition from start-up to scale-up, we are seeking a hands-on technology leader to join our senior leadership team and guide the company through its next phase of growth. Role Overview As CTO of Cricket8 you will set the technology vision and strategy while remaining actively involved in product development. You’ll be responsible for building a lean, high-impact engineering team, ensuring robust, scalable and secure technology foundations that support our ambitions in gaming, data analytics, and content distribution. This is both a strategic and operational role: you’ll architect and code, mentor and manage, and make critical decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and innovation. What We’re Looking For § Proven track record as a technology leader (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) in a high-growth start-up or gaming company such as Daily Fantasy Sports or similar, with clear understanding of building social products. § Strong coding skills with a willingness to be a hands-on leader for the next phase of development. § Experience architecting and scaling consumer-facing platforms (preferably in gaming, sports, media, or data services). § Familiarity with real-time data systems, AWS and mobile/web development. § Understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, and secure transaction systems in India. § Ability to build and inspire small teams while operating in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment.
