Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer at a Waste Water Treatment Company, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge water treatment systems for recycling domestic and industrial wastewater. Your primary focus will be on creating economical, compact, and smart solutions for non-potable reuse applications. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in chemistry, preferably with a doctorate or master's degree, and previous experience or expertise in electrochemistry. You should also be well-versed in the fundamentals of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and material science. Based in Mumbai, you should have accumulated 15-18 years of relevant experience in the field. Your key roles and responsibilities will include working on a possible technology stack that involves membrane development, battery engineering, new materials development, specialty electrode coatings, electrolyzer development, and data model development. In addition, you will be tasked with overseeing end-to-end technology development, prototyping, product development, and subsequent commercialization. A crucial aspect of your role will also involve IP creation and a good understanding of basic IP requirements and laws to protect the company's innovations and advancements.,
