Vice President of Investment

As the Vice President Investments (PE/VC) at our early-growth stage venture fund focusing on technology startups in cleantech, health tech, and enterprise software (B2B SaaS), you will play a crucial role in the success of our investment portfolio. We are seeking a candidate with 7-12 years of experience, ideally from an Engineering background, and possessing a combination of technical expertise and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing potential investment opportunities, managing the end-to-end deal life cycle from sourcing to exit, preparing investment proposals, conducting financial modeling and due diligence, as well as overseeing portfolio management and exit strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling tech-enabled deals and a deep understanding of the investment landscape. Your ability to identify promising startups, assess their potential, and drive successful investments will be instrumental in achieving our fund's objectives. Located in Gurgaon, this role requires a candidate with a B.Tech and MBA qualification, who can bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to contribute to our fund's growth and success.
