Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and source

  real estate financing deals

  across syndication, land intermediation, asset management, and strategy.
• Manage transactions from

  origination to closure

  , including due diligence and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the

  buy-side team

  , ensuring high-quality deliverables (IMs, financial models, presentations, market analysis).
• Build and strengthen relationships with

  clients, investors, and strategic partners

• Provide feedback on transaction documents and negotiate key commercial terms.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  4–14 years with

  Bank/NBFC/AIF in Real Estate financing

  , or SME/Mid-market wholesale banking.

• Education:

  MBA/Management qualification from a

  top-tier institute
