Chief Operating Officer

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our fast-growing digital marketing agency in Lucknow, specializing in YouTube and Google Ads, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of agency operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building, managing, and optimizing all operational processes from scratch, including SOPs, systems, delivery, and reporting - Leading the hiring, training, and retention of media buyers, sales closers/setters, and support staff - Overseeing team management, daily workflow, and ensuring high-quality client delivery - Implementing and scaling sales, onboarding, and client management systems for maximum efficiency - Handling agency P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and expense optimization - Solving operational bottlenecks quickly and driving continuous process improvement - Working closely with the founder to execute the agency's growth vision and strategic goals Requirements for this role include: - Proven experience managing operations in a digital marketing or advertising agency (YouTube/Google Ads experience is a plus) - Strong team management, process building, and problem-solving skills - Experience with hiring, training, and building high-performance teams - Proficiency with CRM, project management, and automation tools - Analytical mindset and focus on measurable results - Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow full-time In return, you can expect a competitive salary with performance-based incentives/profit sharing in a high-growth environment with strong career advancement opportunities.,
