Tech Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Specialist (Technical VA / Tech Operations Executive) to manage all technical and operational tasks for our marketing agency. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that digital workflows, editing, automations, and tracking processes are seamless, efficient, and error-free. It is essential to be highly adaptable, quick to learn new tools, and prepared to tackle any new technical challenges as our business needs evolve. Your responsibilities will include creating, editing, and maintaining landing pages using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, SwipePages, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and managing tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics dashboards. Basic video editing, uploading, cutting, and formatting content for ads and social media will also be part of your role. You will conduct basic internet research, competitor analysis, and extract insights, as well as utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc. to expedite research, content creation, and technical tasks. Moreover, you will set up and maintain automations using tools like Pabbly, Zapier, Make/Integromat, email workflows, and notifications. Tasks such as downloading/uploading videos, extracting, cleaning, and organizing video transcripts for content repurposing will also fall under your purview. Website management responsibilities will include managing website updates, blogs, plugin integrations, and speed optimization. You will assist in ad uploads, campaign monitoring, and creative A/B testing, as well as troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with support teams when necessary. In addition to operational tasks, you will be expected to maintain detailed SOPs, workflow documents, and checklists, create and manage email accounts using Google Workspace, and handle general digital administrative work. You should have proven experience in technical/operations roles within marketing or digital agencies, a working knowledge of landing page builders, tracking tools, and automation software, as well as a strong grasp of basic video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Descript, etc. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to quickly learn and implement new AI tools, adapt to new technical challenges, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills are a must, along with a strong willingness to learn new skills and tackle any task required by the business. Bonus skills such as coding basics (HTML/CSS/JS) and proficiency in Advanced Excel/Sheets or API integrations will be advantageous.
