Tech Operations Specialist

As a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Specialist (Technical VA / Tech Operations Executive) at our marketing agency, your role will involve handling all technical and operational tasks to ensure seamless, efficient, and error-free digital workflows, editing, automations, and tracking. Your flexibility, quick learning ability, and readiness to adapt to new technical challenges will be crucial as our business needs evolve. - Create, edit, and maintain landing pages using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, SwipePages, etc. - Set up and manage tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics dashboards - Perform basic video editing, uploading, cutting, and formatting content for ads and social media - Conduct basic internet research, competitor analysis, and extract insights - Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.) to expedite research, content creation, and technical tasks - Set up and maintain automations using tools like Pabbly, Zapier, Make/Integromat, email workflows, and notifications - Download/upload videos, extract, clean, and organize video transcripts for content repurposing - Manage website updates, blogs, plugin integrations, and speed optimization - Assist in ad uploads, campaign monitoring, and creative A/B testing - Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with support teams, and maintain detailed SOPs, workflow documents, and checklists - Create and manage email accounts (Google Workspace) and handle general digital admin work - Be prepared to learn and implement any new technical or digital task as required by the business You should have: - Proven experience in technical/operations roles within marketing or digital agencies - Working knowledge of landing page builders, tracking tools, and automation software - Strong grasp of basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Descript, etc. - Ability to quickly learn and implement new AI tools and adapt to new technical challenges - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities - Good written and verbal English communication skills - Strong willingness to learn new skills and handle any task required by the business Bonus Skills Include: - Coding basics (HTML/CSS/JS) - Advanced Excel/Sheets - API integrations,
