Chief Operating Officer

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in YouTube and Google Ads, located in Lucknow, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of agency operations. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing all operational processes from scratch, including SOPs, systems, delivery, and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include leading hiring, training, and retention of media buyers, sales closers/setters, and support staff. Additionally, you will oversee team management, daily workflow, and ensure high-quality client delivery. You will play a crucial role in implementing and scaling sales, onboarding, and client management systems for maximum efficiency. Handling agency P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and expense optimization will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to solve operational bottlenecks quickly and drive continuous process improvement. Working closely with the founder, you will execute the agency's growth vision and strategic goals. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience managing operations in a digital marketing or advertising agency, with YouTube and Google Ads experience being a plus. Strong team management, process building, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with hiring, training, and building high-performance teams is required. Proficiency with CRM, project management, and automation tools will be beneficial. An analytical mindset and focus on measurable results are crucial.
