Chief Operating Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

You need to have managed multiple sites spread out geographically simultaneously as a mandate in B2C set up.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
• Revenue

  :

  Defining and leveraging the revenue potential of the region
• Critical Initiatives: Ideating/driving critical initiatives that deliver sustained customer experience across F&B and other service engagement points.
• Cross functional levers: (F&B/operations/security/HR/Marketing) to access their levers in gaining
• Customer's attention, share of wallet and for delivering the customer value proposition (CVP).
