Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:-

• Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure profitability and long-term growth.
  
• Present operational performance, insights, and recommendations

  directly to the Board/Management

  .

• Operations Oversight:-

• Supervise end-to-end retail operations, including store performance, supply chain, and customer service.
  
• Ensure consistent brand standards, merchandising, and operational excellence.
  

• Team Management & Development:-

• Lead and mentor regional/store managers, setting clear KPIs and performance targets.
  
• Foster a high-performance culture across all operational teams.
  

• Financial & Compliance Control:-

• Monitor P&L, budgets, and operational costs to achieve targets.
  
• Ensure adherence to statutory, health, safety, and company compliance requirements.
  

• Business Growth & Expansion:-

• Identify new market opportunities and support store expansion strategies.
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain to drive sales initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM in Operations/Business Management or equivalent.

• Industry Background:

  Retail industry experience is mandatory.

• Skills:-

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for direct interaction with senior leadership.
  
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and lead large-scale teams.
  
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
