We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who can hold the entire engine together.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role located in Sambalpur. The COO will oversee day-to-day business operations, implement strategic plans, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include directing organizational processes, managing budgets, analyzing business performance, and supporting financial planning. The COO will collaborate with leadership to drive profitability, enhance operational systems, and align resources with company goals.

• Full responsibility for

  client management, deliverables, and results.

• Oversee all verticals —

  Social Media, Website, SEO, Ads, Shoots, and Telecalling.

• Drive monthly growth for client

  Instagram and Facebook accounts.

• Track performance, handle reports, and manage numbers with precision.
• Keep the teams aligned, motivated, and productive — no slack, no lag.
• Ensure both

  client goals and company goals

  are met month after month.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record in senior-level digital operations or leadership roles.
• Are excellent with

  Excel, reports, and numbers.

• Are naturally strict with deadlines and accountability.
• Have worked in a digital marketing

  agency or fast-paced setup.
