Key Responsibilities (I) Strategy and Execution Management Assist the CEO and Board of Directors in formulating the company's strategic plan and translating strategic goals into concrete operational plans; Design and supervise the execution of annual business plans, budgets, and performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs); Drive efficient operation of the company in core business areas (such as investment and financing, wealth management, credit, payment, insurance, fintech, etc.); Lead the digital and intelligent transformation of operational processes; Monitor operating results and promptly identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting performance. (II) Operational System and Process Optimization Oversee the company's operational structure and optimize the collaboration mechanisms between the front office, middle office, and back office; Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and internal control systems; Promote the application of RPA, data analytics, and AI technologies in operations; Supervise the operation and improvement of key systems (transaction system, clearing and settlement system, CRM, fund management system, etc.); Ensure service quality and customer experience reach industry-leading levels. (III) Risk and Compliance Management Collaborate with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to establish a sound risk management framework; Ensure operations comply with relevant U.S. regulatory requirements (including SEC, FINRA, FDIC, OCC, Federal Reserve, NAIC, CFPB, etc.); Manage operational risk, transaction risk, data risk, and reputational risk; Supervise the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC), Data Privacy (Data Privacy, Cybersecurity), and Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP/DRP); Ensure audit results are traceable and there are zero material violations. (IV) Financial and Resource Management Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, cost control, and capital resource allocation; Improve the efficiency of capital utilization and operational ROI; Optimize the supply chain, outsourcing management, and partner system; Promote lean management and cost structure optimization; Review and approve major operating expenditures and investment projects. (V) Team and Organizational Management Establish an efficient operations management team, clearly defining responsibilities, authority, and performance evaluation standards; Develop an operations management talent pipeline and implement succession planning; Cultivate a results-oriented, risk-controlled, and customer-first corporate culture; Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies to enhance team collaboration; Supervise human resources, administrative support, internal training, and performance systems. (VI) Technology and Innovation Leadership Work closely with the CTO/CIO to drive fintech innovation and system integration; Support the launch and risk control design of new products and services; Evaluate and implement new industry technologies (such as cloud computing, blockchain, and API open platforms); Ensure data quality, information security, and system availability; Drive digital operations transformation. (VII) External Relations and Regulatory Communication Participate in operational-level communication with regulatory agencies, partners, and service providers; Coordinate audits, compliance checks, and industry assessments; Represent the company at industry conferences, operational standard setting, and industry association activities; Establish supplier and outsourcing management standards; Serve as the company's operational response leader in crisis management. V. Qualifications (I) Education Background Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or information systems; Preference will be given to candidates with professional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, FRM, CPA, or PMP. (II) Work Experience Over 15 years of work experience in the financial industry, including at least 8 years in senior operations or management positions; Experience in managing operational systems in banking, asset management, securities, insurance, or FinTech; Familiarity with US financial regulatory requirements and compliance framework; Preference will be given to candidates with experience in strategic execution, process optimization, system transformation, or large team management.
