Chief Operating Officer

Hiring for our hospitality client Chief Operating Officer (COO – Hospitality & Cloud Kitchens)

Location: Mumbai

CTC Range: ₹40–50 lakhs per annum

Experience Required: 18+ years of leadership experience across hospitality, restaurant, or F&B sectors.

Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for operational performance, scalability, and strategic growth across the group’s hotel and restaurant chains (Bayroute, Hitchki, and Cloud Kitchens).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth across multiple brands and formats.

• Lead expansion strategy for new hotel and cloud kitchen projects.

• Create operational SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards for all units.

• Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, cost management, and profitability improvement.

• Mentor leadership teams across hotels, restaurants, and kitchens for alignment and delivery.

• Represent the group in strategic alliances and investor discussions.

Profile Requirements

• 18+ years of relevant leadership experience with proven operational track record.

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
