Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Automation Executive who can take ownership of our marketing funnels — from Facebook Ads and landing pages to WhatsApp automation and community engagement.

This role blends marketing automation, content design, and campaign execution — perfect for someone who loves both creativity and systems.

Key Responsibilities1. Facebook Ads & Funnel Management (Top Priority)

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for courses, e-books, and webinars.
  • Build high-conversion funnels for:
  • Courses
  • E-books
  • WhatsApp Courses
  • Free webinars and lead magnets.
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize for cost per lead (CPL) and conversions.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copy, creatives, and targeting.

2. Creatives & Brochures (High Priority)

  • Create and format e-books, brochures, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
  • Design clean, branded marketing assets (corporate brochures, program PDFs, ad graphics, social media posts).
  • Maintain visual consistency with ATP & Limitless Leader brand identity.

3. Marketing Automations (High Priority)

  • Set up WhatsApp automation using ManyChat or equivalent.
  • Manage email drip campaigns via Instachamp, KIT, or ConvertKit, Substack
  • Automate lead journeys — from form submission to payment to course access.
  • Collaborate on CRM updates, tagging, and nurturing flows.

4. Community & Payment Integration (Support Functions)

  • Manage direct payments via InstaMojo and integrate access to courses via LMS App
  • Add learners to WhatsApp communities, moderate groups, and share updates.
  • Track participant engagement and follow-up communication.

5. Website & Platform Support

  • Coordinate updates for All Things People website — landing pages, integrations, and lead forms.
  • Assist with publishing and optimizing LinkedIn, YouTube, and blog content.

Who You Are

  • A digital native who understands how to run campaigns, not just post content.
  • Skilled in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, InstaMojo, ManyChat, ConvertKit, and basic WordPress.
  • Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced founder-led environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Facebook Ads / Meta Business Suite
  • Canva / Adobe Express
  • WhatsApp Automation (ManyChat / WATI)
  • Email Automation (KIT, Instachamp, ConvertKit, Substack, etc.)
  • Landing Page Builders (WordPress / Instapage / Swipe Pages)
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets for tracking
  • Copywriting flair for ad creatives
  • Use of AI wherever applicable

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience (range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month) + performance incentives on lead conversions and campaign outcomes.

Growth Path

This role can evolve into Digital Marketing Manager within 12 months — leading campaign strategy, ad budgets, and full-funnel automation for the company
