Cornerstone Health Hospital, a leading provider of compassionate and comprehensive healthcare, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role is ideal for a strategic and operational leader passionate about healthcare excellence and patient-centered care.

About the Role

As the COO, you will report directly to the Managing Director (MD)/Chairman and be responsible for overseeing the hospital’s day-to-day operations. You will play a key leadership role in the commissioning and operational launch of the hospital, working closely with department heads and clinical leaders to ensure seamless execution, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and direct hospital operations in alignment with strategic goals and clinical excellence.
• Oversee the commissioning process and operational readiness of the hospital.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director, Chairman and executive team to shape and implement long-term strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation requirements.
• Optimize critical operational processes, including staffing, supply chain, patient flow, and budget management.
• Drive continuous performance improvement across both clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and high-quality service.
• Serve as a key liaison between administrative leadership and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare operations at a senior leadership level.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, commissioning, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
