Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Scale-First COO to architect our next phase of hyper-growth. You will move beyond day-to-day maintenance to build the operational backbone required to scale revenue exponentially. You will own the execution of our expansion into new markets and channels while optimizing our end-to-end e-commerce supply chain for speed, cost, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Expansion & Growth

• New Market Entry: Lead the operational rollout into new international and domestic geographies and channels, navigating regulatory, logistics, and localization challenges.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Transition ad-hoc startup processes into robust, scalable systems (ERP, WMS, CRM) capable of handling high-volume daily order processing.
• M&A & Partnerships: Evaluate and integrate potential operational partners, 3PLs, or acquisitions to accelerate vertical integration.

2. E-commerce Operations & Supply Chain

• End-to-End Fulfillment: Oversee the entire lifecycle from procurement to last-mile delivery. Negotiate with 3PLs and carriers to reduce shipping costs while improving delivery speed.
• Inventory Optimization: Implement data-driven demand planning to minimize stockouts, overstock, and holding costs.
• Customer Experience (CX): Own the post-purchase experience. Reduce "Order-to-Door" time and optimize returns management (Reverse Logistics) to boost customer retention.

3. Financial Performance & Efficiency

• P&L Ownership: Manage operational budgets with a focus on Unit Economics. Rigorously track and improve Contribution Margin, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Cost Control: Audit COGS and OpEx to identify leaks. Implement automation to reduce manual overhead in customer service and fulfillment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
