Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned COO to lead our operations, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. You'll oversee production, supply chain, quality control, and logistics, aligning with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and optimize operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity

- Develop and implement business plans, driving growth and profitability

- Oversee production planning, quality control, and supply chain management

- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science/ Technology, Engineering, or related field

- 5-7 years of experience in food industry operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth

- Strong leadership, strategic, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
