Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are expanding our operations, and this is the right time to bring in a strong COO to take charge of day-to-day operations.

What we expect from the COO:

Role Objective:

Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivery performance, supply chain

reliability, cost optimization, internal discipline, and smooth execution of all orders from

PO receipt to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead day-to-day operations across Planning, Procurement, Production, QA, Logistics,

and Service

2. Establish and enforce SOPs, process controls, and operational discipline

3. Implement planning & scheduling systems to reduce lead time

4. Oversee resource allocation & capacity planning

5. Monitor WIP, machine loading, manpower efficiency

6. Ensure on-time delivery performance

7. Strengthen vendor sourcing & supply chain

8. Ensure zero incomplete shipments

9. Drive cost efficiency & working capital optimization

10. Build cross-department communication clarity

11. Implement KPI-driven performance culture

12. Mentor departmental heads: Production, QA, Planning, Purchase, Service

13. Conduct weekly internal review & operational escalation meetings

14. Ensure documentation compliance for regulatory & quality

15. Implement MOC (Management of Change) process.
