Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Banaswadi

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operational functions of our logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing operations across warehousing, transportation, distribution, supply chain management, and customer service. This role requires a results-driven leader with deep logistics industry knowledge and strong leadership capabilities to scale operations, drive efficiency, and ensure top-tier service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and market demands Oversee daily operations across logistics functions including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality Work closely with the CEO and executive team to set performance objectives and business targets Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and key business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence Ensure compliance with all transportation, safety, and environmental regulations Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare and present performance reports to the board Identify and adopt new technologies and tools to improve logistics operations Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across departments Drive business continuity and risk management initiatives across the supply chain Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of senior management experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Proven track record in scaling logistics operations and managing complex distribution networks Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and execution Operational excellence Change management Negotiation and vendor management Team leadership and talent development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹23,500.03 - ₹150,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Banaswadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your Current CTC?
