Job Description

Role Description


The Chief Operating Officer will be based at Corporate office, Noida and will oversee daily operations of existing as well as upcoming plants, develop & implement business strategies, manage operational budgets, and analyze financial data related to production. Key duties include managing supply chains, ensuring quality control, leading cross-functional teams, and working with the CEO to execute business strategies while overseeing financial performance and resource allocation.  The COO will also be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the management team and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.


Qualification & Experience


  • 20-25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry
  • Preferably Master's degree in Pharmacy alongwith MBA from a reputed institute .
  • Certifications in PMP (Project Management), Six Sigma , SCM etc will be added advantage.



Skill Set Required


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex operational data and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams. 
  • Proven track record in operational excellence, large-scale project management, and managing budgets. 
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory landscape and quality management principles. 


Key Focus Area


  • Supply Chain & Production:

     Overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material acquisition to final product distribution, to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management. 
  • Regulatory Adherence:

     Establishing and maintaining robust quality assurance systems and compliance programs to uphold brand integrity and customer trust. 
  • Financial Oversight:

     Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and monitoring financial performance to support the company's profitability goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

     Leading and uniting diverse teams, including HR, production, and quality, to achieve operational goals and drive organizational culture. 
  • Change Management:

     Leading initiatives for technological upgrades, expansion, and the successful rollout of new product lines.
