This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, moves with precision, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in dynamic settings. 

The ideal candidate will be:

- Exceptionally organized, with a strategic mindset and operational agility

- A clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal

- Deeply committed to sustainability and systems transformation

- Adept at stakeholder management, executive coordination, and high-level decision support

- Experienced in project management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination 

- Experience of working closely with CXOs, investors, and global partners

- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments with discretion and integrity

- Prior experience in high-growth enterprises, M&A, consulting or strategy is a plus 

- 6–10 years of relevant experience; an MBA or equivalent preferred
