About the Role

Raven Labs is looking for a seasoned marketing leader to define, drive, and deliver impactful marketing strategies—for both our in-house brand and our client portfolio. As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for scaling brand presence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring measurable growth across B2B and B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing strategies for GKB Labs and clients
• Build structured marketing processes, systems, and KPIs
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
• Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and digital presence
• Deliver measurable ROI through structured marketing roadmaps
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, content, email, social, events)
• Leverage automation tools and AI-driven strategies to optimize results
• Lead weekly client marketing reviews and ensure client growth & retention

Success Indicators

• Demonstrated ROI and measurable growth across campaigns
• Strong improvements in brand visibility, lead generation, and retention
• Scalable processes and automation in place within 6 months
• High satisfaction from internal teams and client stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of proven marketing leadership in both B2B & B2C
• Track record of building and scaling brands
• Expertise in marketing automation, tools, and analytics
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English)
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Leadership qualities: ownership, resilience, and team inspiration

Compensation

• Salary: AUD 3,000/month (approx. INR 1,70,000)
• Completion Bonus: AUD 1,000 at 12 months
• KPI Bonus: Up to AUD 5,000 annually (performance-based)
• Long-Term Incentives: ESOPs & profit-sharing after 3 years
• Note: Overtime/weekend work may be required (factored into pay)
