Job Description

Job Purpose


Drive growth and retention through strategic performance marketing across digital channels, while ensuring efficient budget utilization and delivering e-commerce revenue at targeted ROAS.


Key Accountabilities


Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies across paid search, display, social media, app install, and affiliate marketing
  • Own and lead the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) program to drive retention


E-commerce Revenue Delivery

  • Achieve e-commerce revenue targets at defined RO
  • Manage campaigns across Google (Search, GDN, Discovery, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Collaborate with agencies and partners to deliver business outcome
  • Continuously test and optimize segments, messaging, and on-site experience
  • Execute direct response campaigns with a focus on bidding, targeting, and experience testing
  • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate for performance improvement

Budget Management

  • Own campaign budgets to maximize R
  • Track spends, optimize performance, and prepare annual operating plans
  • Present budget analysis and performance insights to senior leadership

App Contribution Growth

  • Increase app-driven revenue through install and engagement campaigns
  • Leverage Google, Meta, and affiliate channels for app installs
  • Build and manage affiliate ecosystems to drive transactions
  • Implement fraud detection mechanisms to ensure payout integrity
  • Analyze performance data to optimize keywords, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies


Travel Meta Channel Development


  • Establish and grow travel meta channels (e.g., SkyScanner, Kayak) as consistent revenue streams
  • Partner with meta teams to drive monthly growth and reduce acquisition costs.


Skills & Qualities Required


  • Proven expertise in CLM, digital marketing, and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and customer data platforms.
  • Effective leadership and communication across cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to mentor and lead teams in E-CLM and performance marketing


Educational & Experience Requirements


Education:

  • Master’s/MBA/PGDM/PGP in Marketing or Sales (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and analytics.
  • Proven success in customer acquisition via Google, Meta, Snapchat, and other digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing levers to optimize acquisition costs.
