Job Description

As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Zenoti, you will play a crucial role in leading the organization's technological strategies and operations to align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting and executing an innovative IT strategy that aligns with the company's goals, prioritizing initiatives for optimal impact. - Directing Information Security, Application Security, and Cloud Security programs to embed security into IT operations and development life cycles. - Developing strategies for business applications such as ERP, CRM systems, collaboration tools, and BI solutions to support organizational goals. - Strategizing and directing internal teams towards AI Automation for enhancing internal efficiency. - Demonstrating leadership qualities including strategic change management, people leadership, results orientation, business acumen, and coalition building. In addition to the above core functions, you will also be responsible for: - Leading the response to security incidents and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. - Fostering a culture of security awareness and providing regular training on best practices and threat intelligence. - Assessing and managing third-party security to meet stringent standards set by the company. - Developing and reporting key security metrics to assess the effectiveness of the security program and guide improvements. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing risks through a comprehensive IT Risk Management program. - Collaborating with other executives to integrate security into business strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in leading change, managing people, and achieving results in a dynamic corporate environment. - Deep understanding of IT architecture, security, and infrastructure with a track record of implementing strategic IT initiatives. - Experience as a public company CIO and/or guiding a company through an IPO would be a plus. - Ability to align IT with business objectives, manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of innovation. - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex IT concepts to a diverse audience. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Cybersecurity, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
