Chief Information Officer (CIO)

As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at our organization, your primary objective will be to drive IT excellence by providing strategic leadership for enterprise-wide information systems and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in establishing robust technology foundations, developing comprehensive IT strategies, and expanding our technological capabilities through innovative solutions and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals, overseeing the management of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal system performance, and ensuring the security and integrity of data, networks, and systems through robust information security measures and compliance protocols. You will also be responsible for developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices, evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, and collaborating with business unit leaders to assess technology needs and ensure effective implementation and user adoption across departments. Additionally, you will be required to manage vendor relationships, lead procurement activities for IT infrastructure, services, and technology solutions, build and develop high-performing IT teams, ensure robust data privacy governance, manage risks related to data security and system uptime, and implement comprehensive security frameworks. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 18 years of progressive experience in IT management, including infrastructure, networking, security, and team leadership. You should possess extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and information security protocols, as well as expertise in strategic IT planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, B.Tech, or equivalent is required, with additional certifications in Advanced Security, Cloud Technologies, IT Standards & Compliance, CCNA, Hardware & Networking being mandatory.
