Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital shift of FTS from a largely analogue operation to a fully paperless, tech-enabled organisation
• Drive adoption and deployment of our new field monitoring app and associated dashboards
• Roll out AI-based systems for education quality tracking, donor impact reporting, and operations
• Administer the office team at Ekal Bhavan, ensuring they are fully trained and supported in using new systems
• Train and empower regional teams to adopt digital tools effectively
• Design systems to provide real-time updates and visual dashboards for stakeholders, including donors and governing bodies
• Establish strong data security, digital governance, and workflow automation protocols
• Ensure full digital enablement of the national and zonal leadership teams
• Drive content dissemination and data-driven storytelling to showcase donor impact
• Oversee vendor coordination and ensure timely delivery of tech initiatives
• Maintain cost-efficiency and transparency while working within a donation-driven financial model

Candidate Profile:

We are particularly keen to consider veterans of the Indian Armed Forces, who bring leadership, discipline, and a deep commitment to nation-building.

• Experience in digital transformation and system deployment at scale
• Familiarity with AI tools, mobile data systems, and low-resource environments
• Strong administrative and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, especially spoken Hindi
• Ability to manage both tech teams and operational staff
• Alignment with FTSs mission, values, and grassroots orientation
• NGO experience is welcome but not mandatory

Remuneration:

While the compensation will be respectable, we do not seek to match corporate salaries. FTS is a donor-funded organisation, supported by thousands of individuals and hundreds of companies. Resource optimisation is core to our ethos.
