Our client, one of the global conglomerates in the world with diversified portfolio, is seeking an accomplished and visionary HR leader to join as the CHRO/Group HR Director. They will head the entire HR function on the group level and work very closely with promoters/Chairman. Additionally, will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the company's ambitious growth plans across the globe. Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Talent Acquisition and Management. Performance Management and Rewards Employee Engagement and Culture Building Organizational Development and Learning Compliance and Governance Technology and Innovation Reports to: Group Chairman MUST Requirements: Diversity candidates (to support organizational diversity goals). Very senior/ 20+ years of HR leadership experience and currently working as CHRO. Entrepreneurial set-up, (Large-scale) start-ups, promoter driven firm experience is a MUST. Strong experience in building and setting up SOPs (succession planning, performance management program, learning and development, etc.) Hands-on experience in C-suite level hirings and robust talent acquisition processes. Masters degree preferably in Human Resources or related field.
