Chief Financial Officer

As a CFO at our leading retail brand in Noida, your role is crucial in driving the financial strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Here are the key responsibilities you will handle: - **Financial Strategy & Planning** - Develop and execute financial strategies in line with business objectives. - Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making. - **Accounts & Financial Reporting** - Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Implement best practices in financial reporting following Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and maintain precision in financial MIS reports. - **Audit & Compliance** - Manage end-to-end statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure timely closure. - Ensure compliance with various regulations like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, etc. - Establish robust internal controls to mitigate risks and liaise with auditors and regulators. - **Taxation & Regulatory** - Supervise direct & indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments. - Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary process enhancements.
