Core Responsibilities

Fundraising & Growth Capital

• Lead

  Series A raise of $20–30M

  with a clear path to Series B of $100M+.
• Craft the financial narrative that positions us as infrastructure, not just a service provider.
• Build long-term investor relationships.

Operational Finance at Scale

• Implement real-time dashboards for unit economics, retention, and vertical P&L.
• Manage treasury across high-velocity, multi-vertical flows.
• Drive compliance across GST, labor, and platform regulations.

Strategic Value Creation

• Enable acquisitions in NBFC, logistics, and housing.
• Build a finance team IPO-ready within 3 years.

Required DNA

• 15+ years

  of finance leadership, with

  5+ years in high-growth startups that scaled 10x

  .
• Proven track record in

  Series A+ fundraising ($20M+)

  and investor relations.
• Deep technical command of

  unit economics, network-effect models, automated reporting, and scenario modeling

  .

• Mandatory:

  Chartered Accountant (CA). MBA/CFA and Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong exposure to marketplaces, SaaS, fintech, or China’s tech ecosystem is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

• Year 1:

  Close Series A, scale to ₹500 Cr run rate, build finance team of 8.

• Year 2:

  Close Series B, expand to 50,000+ daily active workers.

• Year 3:

  Clear path to profitability, IPO-ready systems, strategic exit optionality.
