About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function in India. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and partner with the management team to achieve strategic goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure efficient cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation management.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance processes.
• Lead statutory reporting, taxation, treasury, and risk management functions.
• Build strong external relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Offer insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
• Proven ability to align financial strategies with business growth objectives.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
