Education & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Experience in high-growth, tech-enabled sectors (agri-tech, supply chain, or fintech exposure is a plus). Proven track record of taking a company public - including pre-IPO structuring, due diligence and post-listing compliance. Strong understanding of Indian and global capital markets, corporate finance, taxation, and financial regulations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Job Responsibilities IPO Expertise & Capital Markets: Lead all aspects of financial planning and readiness for public listing. Must have previously led a company through a successful IPO process. Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the CEO and Board to shape and execute financial strategies aligned with this organization' s long-term vision and business goals. Financial Planning & Analysis: Build robust budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models. Drive financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements including SEBI, MCA, and other financial and corporate governance bodies. Investor Relations: Establish and manage strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. Prepare compelling investor communications and reports. Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks. Design effective internal control systems and ensure enterprise-level risk mitigation.
