Experience: 15+ years in a product-based industry with retail outlet exposure

About the Role:
RADON India is looking for an experienced CFO to lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and retail finance, with expertise in budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure statutory compliance and risk management
• Manage cash flow, audits, and financial reporting
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
• Handle investor relations, funding, and banking

Requirements:

• CA/CPA/MBA Finance with 15+ years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
