Role Overview

Group Departure Marketplace

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Define & execute strategy for growth across

    T-Commerce, Group Departure Marketplace, and Corporate Travel

    .
  • Expand services into

    new destinations, verticals, and customer segments

    .
  • Drive

    innovation in online group booking experiences

    .
Business & Financial Management
  • Take full ownership of

    P&L, growth, and profitability

    .
  • Build scalable revenue models around

    group departures, hotels, events, and concierge services

    .
  • Manage

    fundraising, investor relations, and financial discipline

    .
Operations & Execution
  • Build and scale

    sales, marketing, tech, and operations

    teams.
  • Ensure

    smooth vendor onboarding

    for group departure packages and other services.
  • Deliver

    customer-centric booking experiences

    across touchpoints.
Product & Technology
  • Collaborate with CTO to scale

    AI-powered personalization & custom CRM

    .
  • Develop tools for

    vendors to manage group departures easily

    .
  • Oversee product roadmaps aligned with

    customer + vendor needs

    .
Partnerships & Growth
  • Build strong relationships with

    tour operators, DMCs, hotels, and event organizers

    .
  • Scale the

    Group Departure Marketplace as a competitive advantage

    .
  • Represent InMyTrip.com in

    industry events & media

    .
Leadership & Culture
  • Recruit & mentor a

    high-performing leadership team

    .
  • Foster a

    startup culture of innovation, accountability, and growth

    .
  • Build systems for

    scalable operations & employee engagement

    .

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years’ experience, with 5+ years in

    CXO / leadership roles (CEO, COO, Business Head)

    .
  • Strong background in

    travel, hospitality, OTA, or e-commerce marketplaces

    .
  • Proven track record in

    scaling group tours / fixed departure products

    or related verticals.
  • Experience managing

    P&L, partnerships, and fundraising

    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and execution ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
  • Prior experience in

    travel-tech platforms, AI-driven personalization, or group departure businesses

    .
  • Exposure to

    international travel markets

    .
  • Strong investor and industry networks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary

    : ₹40 LPA – ₹50 LPA (depending on experience).
