Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Company: Rohan Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (RESPL)

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

About Us

Rohan Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., established in 2014, is a leading manufacturer of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (AdBlue) with:

10 plants across India with a capacity of 2.5 Cr litres/month

First & only NABL-accredited lab in India for AdBlue testing

Current sales: 57 lakh litres/month, with scope to scale to 1 Cr litres/month

Growth target: 600 Cr turnover by FY 202627

Trusted by clients like TACO, HPCL, VRL, Fleetguard, AVD Solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities (addition made):

Company Profitability Management Maximize revenue and control costs.

Sales & Marketing Leadership – Define & monitor targets, motivate teams.

Commercial Compliance – Ensure adherence to all legal & regulatory requirements.

Cost Optimization – Drive operational efficiency across all plants.

Budgeting & Financial Management – Develop, monitor, and control budgets.

Operations Management – Oversee multi-plant operations, ensure efficiency.

Business Development – Expand client base, strengthen OEM & dealer networks.

Strategic Planning – Define goals, mitigate risks, allocate resources.

Import & Export Management – Ensure compliance with international trade.

Brand Building – Enhance market presence through campaigns & positioning.

Performance Management – Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, enhance skills.

Team Building & Leadership – Build and retain high-performing teams.

Market Expansion – Launch new products & expand into new geographies.

Daily Reporting – Ensure daily reporting on Sales performance, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Recovery to provide real-time visibility to the Board and enable quick corrective action.

Industry Knowledge – DEF/AdBlue, Lubricants, Automotive, Petrochemicals.

Ideal Candidate

15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing/automotive/energy/petrochemicals.

Proven track record in Sales, Business Development & Finance.

Strong exposure to dealer/distributor networks, OEM partnerships, and multi-plant operations.

Knowledge of DEF/AdBlue industry & emission norms preferred; lubricant industry exposure is a plus.

MBA or equivalent qualification desirable.
