Sap B1 Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One (SAP B1) Technical Consultant (manufacturing Industry) to help implement, configure, and support SAP B1 solutions for our company.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP B1 modules, business processes, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with company to understand our business requirements and ensure the smooth execution of SAP B1 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Implement and configure SAP Business One solutions based on company requirements.

2) Analyze and document business processes to propose SAP B1 solutions.

3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure a smooth SAP B1 deployment.

4) Provide implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.

5) Conduct training for end-users on SAP B1 functionality and best practices.

6) Customize and enhance SAP B1 modules to meet specific company needs.

7) Ensure proper system integration and data migration from legacy systems.

8) Maintain and optimize the performance of SAP B1 systems.

Daily Tasks:

• Track and monitor daily SAP functions.

• Coordinate with the SAP team (Plant Users / Piculets) for implementation and additional requirements.

• Resolve user issues related to SAP.

• Conduct SAP training sessions for users.

• Create and manage item codes in both SAP and Tally.

• Generate and maintain HSN & SAC codes in SAP.

• Create and update Party Master data in SAP and Tally.

• Follow up with SAP users regarding pending backdated entries.

As per Requirement Tasks:

• Update and create the Bill of Materials (BOM) as required.

• Update and implement new software/applications as per business needs.

• Create new users and assign roles in Tally when needed.

• Conduct review meetings with the CFO regarding SAP operations and system performance.

• Check and verify the monthly inventory balance to ensure accuracy.
