Role Overview

OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day network operations & troubleshooting across firewalls, switches, SD-WAN, and cloud networks.
• Support network consolidation projects: hardware refresh, subnetting redesign, segmentation.
• Assist in routing transitions (Static OSPF/BGP) and cloud integrations.
• Configure AWS VPCs, Azure VNets, and hybrid routing models.
• Work with

  Fortinet FortiGate

  ,

  Versa SD-WAN

  , Extreme switches, and wireless.
• Document configurations and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

  OSPF & BGP

  .
• Expertise in

  Fortinet FortiGate firewalls

  (must-have).
• SD-WAN experience (

  Versa preferred

  ).
• Cloud networking in

  AWS & Azure

  .
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-site and hybrid network issues.

Experience

• 5-8 years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Prior ownership of end-to-end network tasks (not just ticket-based L1/L2).

Preferred Certifications

• Fortinet NSE4/NSE5
• CCNA/CCNP
• AWS/Azure certifications (nice to have)
