Key responsibilities include:

Managing routing protocols (
BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPsec
) and troubleshooting routing, switching, VPN, and security issues.
Supporting
SD-WAN (VeloCloud)
and Data Center/Campus networking.
Implementing and troubleshooting security solutions including
Palo Alto (Panorama), Cisco ASA
, S2S & remote VPNs, and security policies.
Working with
Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX)
is a plus.
Ensuring network security compliance and participating in deployments, documentation, and client workshops.
Providing
Tier-3 support
, following
ITIL/Change Management
, and being flexible for rotational/night shifts.
